Luke is one of the founding partners of haus & haus and plays a central role in shaping the company’s vision, values and continued success. With over 20 years of experience across the UK and international markets, he brings a rare combination of industry insight, leadership and operational expertise.
Originally from The Heart of England, Luke began his career in 1998 with a Pembrokeshires leading agent, fbm. He quickly rose from trainee to Sales Director within five years, managing multi-million-pound developments across the West Wales region. His genuine passion for property led him to attend five international property awards in the USA. He was instrumental in fbm being recognised as 'The Best Independent Estate Agent in The UK' by The Sunday Times.
In early 2012, Luke moved to Dubai to challenge himself in a global property market. He joined one of Dubai’s largest and most respected brokerages, becoming a Senior Sales Consultant and the companies’ Best Newcomer at the annual awards.
In August 2013, Luke started haus & haus along with James Perry and Simon Baker. His in depth managerial knowledge, roll your sleeves up attitude and hands on leadership have played a detrimental role in turning the haus & haus into one of Dubai's most reputable agencies.
