Charlie moved to Dubai in 2016 to join haus & haus Real Estate as a Leasing Consultant.
Since then, he has worked in all aspects of Dubai’s residential property market – from becoming a Senior Sales Consultant to being the company’s first Leasing Director and progressing to Sales Director.
With an impressive background in the industry and strong leadership and management skills, Charlie became the fourth Managing Director of haus & haus in 2024.
He believes that client satisfaction is the most important part of the journey, which can only be achieved by providing the team with continuous support, strong leadership practices, and an inspiring work environment that leads to personal and professional success.
